Knowledge Management Model Development (for the health community)
During the events, with the participation of representatives of science – business – government and the elderly themselves, the process of developing the Knowledge management model (KMM) was initiated and implemented by a team of Klaipėda State University of Applied Sciences and external experts. KMM will be a useful tool for managing the whole evolution cycle of the innovation process, making full use of research knowledge and turning it into products and services with high growth potential in the silver economy market.
The events was organized within the framework of the Interreg Baltic Sea Program project “Supporting Smart Specialization Approach in Silver Economy for Increasing Regional Innovation Capacity and Sustainable Growth (OSIRIS)”. OSIRIS International Partnership represents state-science-business participants from Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark and Russia, bringing together everyone’s experience, resources and knowledge to share experiences and learn how to apply smart specializations to exploit the silver economy in the Baltic Sea Region addressing the global challenges of an aging society.
